You might be unknown to how hygienic are the accommodation amenities…??? Like bed sheets and blankets provided by Teahouses. Due to cold and freezing temperature, it is hard to clean the blankets frequently. Hence, those blankets are used for the certain time until it gets dirty and stingy. Then, it will be replaced by new ones instead of cleaning them. Therefore to be on the safe side, it is better to carry your own sleeping bags, other warm equipment, and thermal water bottle etc. during your trek. Following are the trekking Equipment list:

Moreover, some of the fancy tea houses offer continental and kinds of seafood too. The area also offers delicious bakery items in every stop of the trail.
