Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu and Transfer

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Kathmandu.
After check-in, you can rest or explore nearby areas. In the evening, we conduct a trek briefing, covering flight procedures to Lukla, trekking safety, altitude awareness, and a final equipment check for the Amadablam Base Camp trek.

Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m) & Trek to Phakding (2610m) Duration: 4-5 hours
An early morning scenic flight takes us to Lukla, one of the most thrilling mountain airstrips in the world. After meeting the trekking crew and organizing loads, we begin our Ama Dablam trekking journey.
The trail descends gently along the Dudh Koshi River, passing small villages, prayer wheels, and suspension bridges before reaching Phakding.

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) Duration: 5-6 hours
Today’s trek follows the Dudh Koshi valley with multiple suspension bridge crossings, including the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge. After entering Sagarmatha National Park, the trail climbs steeply toward Namche Bazaar, a key stop on the Amadablam Base Camp trek itinerary.
On clear days, you may catch your first view of Mount Everest just before reaching Namche.

Hike to Everest View Hotel & Back to Namche Duration 3-4 hours
This is a crucial acclimatization day for Amadablam Base Camp trekking. We hike above Namche to the Everest View Hotel, offering panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku.
After spending time enjoying the scenery and allowing the body to adapt to altitude, we descend back to Namche. The afternoon is free for rest, short walks, or visiting the Sherpa Museum and local bakeries.

Trek from Namche to Pangboche (3,930) Duration: 5-6 hours
Leaving Namche, the trail contours along the mountainside with spectacular views before descending to the Imja Khola. We then climb gradually toward Pangboche, one of the oldest Sherpa villages in the region.
Pangboche sits beneath the towering face of Ama Dablam and is home to a historic monastery that many trekkers visit for blessings.

Trek to Ama Dablam Base Camp (4600 m) and back to Pangboche Duration: 5-6 hours
Today is a highlight of the Amadablam Base Camp trek. We hike across alpine terrain to Amadablam Base Camp altitude (4,600 m), located directly below one of the world’s most elegant Himalayan peaks.
The trail offers close-up views of hanging glaciers and dramatic ridgelines. After spending time at base camp, we descend back to Pangboche, returning to a safer sleeping altitude.

Trek from Pangboche to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) Duration: 6-7 hours
We retrace our route down the valley, descending past Tengboche and crossing suspension bridges before climbing gently back to Namche Bazaar.
Descending altitude makes this day physically easier, though it is still a long and rewarding walk.

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,860m) Duration: 6-7 hours
The final trekking day follows the Dudh Koshi valley back to Lukla. The trail includes both ascents and descents, passing familiar villages and bridges.
On arrival in Lukla, we celebrate the completion of the Amadablam Base Camp Trek 10 Days with the crew.

Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu (1,350m) Duration: 30 minutes flight
Early morning flight back to Kathmandu with stunning last views of the Himalayas after completing the Ama Dablam trekking journey. After arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free for rest, shopping, or optional sightseeing.

Airport Transfer for Final Departure
At the scheduled time, our representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your international departure, concluding your Amadablam Base Camp trekking experience in Everest region.
