Detailed Itinerary

Day 1:

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m). Overnight at a Hotel

Upon landing at Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport, you'll be met by your guide who will transfer you to your hotel. With your first day unplanned, you can either rest at the hotel or venture out into the bustling streets of Kathmandu to explore local markets and try delicious street food.

Day 2:

Fly to Lukla (2,840 m) from Kathmandu – 35 minutes or drive to Manthali – 4 to 6 hours and take – 25 minutes flight to Lukla, and then trek to Phakding (2,610 m), – 3 to 4 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse.

An early morning flight takes you to Lukla, where the adventure truly begins. The trek commences towards Phakding, offering breathtaking views and a chance to immerse yourself in the Himalayan landscape.

Day 3:

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) – 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at Guesthouse

Today's trek leads you to Namche Bazaar, a vital hub for trekkers in the Everest region. The journey includes crossing suspension bridges, passing through Sagarmatha National Park, and encountering awe-inspiring vistas.

Day 4:

Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar. Overnight at a Guesthouse

Take a day for acclimatization at Namche Bazaar. Enjoy sunrise views of Mt. Ama Dablam, Cho Oyu, and more. Optionally, explore Syangboche airport, visit Hotel Everest View, or hike along the Dudh Koshi River.

Day 5 :

Trek to Dole (4,200 m) – 6 to 7 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse

Embark on a trek to Dole, passing through diverse landscapes, including juniper forests, offering glimpses of Cho Oyu and providing a gradual ascent.

Trek to Machherma (4,470 m) – 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse

Continuing the journey, the trek takes you to Machhermo, where alpine scenery and summer grazing lands unfold, providing breathtaking views of Kantega, Thamserku, and Cho Oyu.

Trek to Gokyo (4,800 m) – 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse

Trek to Gokyo Ri (5,483 m) and Back to Gokyo – 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse

An early ascent to Gokyo Ri for a sunrise view unveils an iconic Himalayan panorama, including Everest. Spend the day exploring Gokyo village.

Day 9 :

Trek to Lunden (4,300 m) via crossing Renjo La Pass (5,340 m) – 7 to 8 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse

The challenging day includes crossing Renjo La Pass and descending into the Bhote Koshi Valley, offering historical trade route views and culminating in Lungden.

Day 10 :

Trek to Thame (3,800 m) – 4 to 5 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse

Descend to Thame, trekking through serene Sherpa villages and dense forests. Explore Thame Monastery, immersing yourself in the spiritual and cultural heritage.

Day 11 :

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) – 3 to 4 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse

Descend to Namche Bazaar, tracing back through picturesque landscapes, completing a full circle.

Day 12:

Trek to Lukla (2,840 m) – 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse

The trek retraces steps back to Lukla, passing suspension bridges and relishing the final glimpses of the Himalayas.

Fly to Kathmandu – 35 minutes or Manthali – 25 minutes from Lukla (2,840 m) and same-day drive to Kathmandu – 4 to 6 hours. Overnight at a Hotel.

Catch an early morning flight back to Kathmandu, savoring the scenic beauty. Spend the day at leisure, exploring Kathmandu.

Transfer to the International Airport for your final departure
